In Anime Ikebukuro bldg. you’ll find manga, doujinshis and anime goods. In the first floor you’ll find anime related sweets that will help you in case you’re looking for any Japanese present. Other floors are separated by topic: shonen manga, seinen manga and floor for woman (yaoi..etc).
There are a lot of anime goods like figure, t-shirt, toys, cushion, etc. There is also a limited ed. Goods floor.

Animate is a complete shop for anime, comics, and games.
There are more than 100 shops across Japan (as of July 2013), gathering countless anime-related goods to fire up the spirits of anime fans.
Due to the rising popularity of Japanese anime, the Ikebukuro and Akihabara stores are visited by many people from overseas, purchasing goods that can only be obtained at Animate.

PARCO [Landmark]
PARCO is one of the most famous shopping centers in Japan. Ikebukuro PARCO in Tokyo is a shopping center, with about 200 shops and restaurants. Stores are not limited to fashion, and inside you will also find Japanese pop culture shops. The restaurant floor offers food including sushi, soba, unagi, okonomiyaki, and tonkatsu. About 50 of the stores participate in the tourist tax free program, and about 60 shops accept China UnionPay.
J-WORLD TOKYO @ Sunshine City
(J - WORLD Tokyo) is a theme park with a themed world of comic / manga works published in Shueisha 's Weekly Shonen Jump.
Under the special cooperation of Shueisha, the operation of the theme park is handled by amusement spot company Namco .
It was once opened July 11, 2013 in the 3rd floor part of the world import mart building of Sunshine City in Tokyo · Ikebukuro used by Namco · Namjatown. Along with that, Nanjatown is shrinking to the 2F floor only.
EVANGELION OFFICIAL STORE [PARCO]
Evangelion Official Store was moved from Harajuku to Ikebukuro. It was moved to “P’PARCO” which belongs to Parco, a comercial facility that leads culture from Tokyo to all Japan. Here you will find a “Niko Niko Douga” floor, anime shops” and a full of entertainment focus on otaku public.
POKEMON CENTER
Pokemon Center was moved from Shimbashi to Ikebukuro!
When you enter in the building you’ll find two statues of Lizardon and Pikachu.
You can also take pictures with Mega Lizardon X , MegaMyuuTwoY and Lucario!
You will be happy to know that you can get Pokemon goods like Figure or Nuigurumi here!
"Princess Knight" Anime
Sunshine City [Landmark]
(サンシャインシティ Sanshain Shiti) is a building complex located in East Ikebukuro, Toshima, Tokyo. It is Tokyo's oldest city within the city and has the 240 metre tall Sunshine 60 skyscraper at its centre.[1] It consists of four buildings and sits on land that was once occupied by Sugamo Prison.
The complex, which was opened in 1978, contains the Sunshine 60 building with an observatory (observation deck) located at the top, the Ancient Orient Museum, an aquarium, World Import Mart, Alpha which boasts of cuisines from around the world, and a planetarium. It also features a Prince Hotel, Namco Namja Town, a convention centre, theatre, and a shopping mall (wikipedia)
NAMJA TOWN @ Sunshine City
is an indoor theme park in the Sunshine City shopping complex in east Ikebukuro, Toshima, Tokyo, Japan. The park was opened in 1996 by Namco, a Japanese company best known for producing video games, although the park itself does not focus on those games. Instead, it features themed dining, carnival-style games, a haunted house, and a line of character mascots exclusive to the park.(wikipedia)
